  2. The Nation of Moorish-Americans formal petition for recognition as a separate nation to the United Nations.

  3. Petition to the US House of Representatives: Is a petition from a small party of Free Moors in 1790 A.D. To avoid the status of Negro. And that in case they should commit any fault, that they are tried as Citizens of the United states and not under the Negro act. The House of Representatives agreed that the sundry Moors were to be treated as citizens of the United States and not under the Negro Codes, the Treaty of 1778 A.D., protected the Moors as subjects of Morocco.
